Sensitizing Mechanism and Adsorption Properties of Dye—Sensitized TiO2 Thin Films

The dye-sensitized TiO2 complex films were prepared by the dye coat onto TiO2 surfaces,and the sensitizing mechanism and adsorption properties of the dye-sensitized TiO2 complex films were inverstigated.The influence of the application conditions of dye adsorbed on TiO2 films on the amount of dye adsorption was discussed.Experimental results show that the concentration,the temperature of dye solutions and the dipping time of TiO2 films in the dye solutions have a significant influence on the amount of dye adsorption.Cell test indicates that the conversion efficiency of light to electricity increases with the amount of dye adsorption.

地下水热量运移模拟的BEM-FAM耦合法

基于地下水热量运移的基本原理，本文提出了求解地下水热量运移问题的BEM-FAM耦合法。该方法原理简单，操作方便；不仅可以直接计算出地下水流速度，而且避免了对流扩散方程数值解中的数值弥散和数值振荡，提高了计算精度。应用本文提出的方法对溪洛渡水电站工程地下水热量运移问题进行了模拟，计算结果与地质分析的结论一致，表明该方法是可行的。

单麦克风和双麦克风语音增强系统的研究

本文对采用减谱法和箱关法的语音增强系统进行了研究，系统的噪声为白噪声和普通机房噪声。减谱法采用单麦克风输入，试验中发现语音的分帧方法对消噪影响很大，通过比较得到了一种具有明显消噪效果的分帧方法，在相关法中采用双麦克风输入，对两个输入信号之间的时延差进行了补偿，在求维纳滤波器系数时，对信号谱进行统计平均，从而使消噪后的语音信号具有较好的自然度。在研究以上两种方法的基础上，我们提出了一种混合消噪系统，     

压电超声微电机混合结构定子的固有频率特性分析

压电超声微电机是依靠定子振动变换能的功率器件，定子性能将直接关系到微电机能否实现，本文采用Ｒａｙｌｅｉｇｈ－Ｒｉｔｚ方法来分析机械中经常采用的多层膜结构（混合结构）定子的固有振动特性，推导中考虑了平面应力和弯曲应力对固有频率的影响，模拟计算和实验结果符合得较好，此外还讨论了定子有关参数对固有频率的影响。     

Designing of Quasi—universal Compensator for Testing Aspherical Surface

According to the theory of testing aspherical surface by normal aberration compensation method,the designing method of quasi-universal compensator is studied.On the basis of third-order aberration theory,after calculating and optimizing with an optical design program,the structure parameters of a compensator are obtained.This new compensator could be used in Twyman-Green interferometer,and in measurement of a certain range of paraboloid ellipsoid and hyperboloid.The compensation accuracy is more than 0.02λ.     

榆树林油田砂岩储层敏感性研究

榆树林油田储层粘土矿物含量较高，各种注入条件和施工条件都会对该储层造成相应的伤害，应采取相应的防护措施，为防止速敏的发生，储层的注水速度应控制在临界流速（1.0mL/min）以下，在油井转注时，可先注入1.09PV的含粘土稳定剂的进行处理，以提高产量或注入量，注入阴离子表面活性剂配置的活性水再注入地层水，不能增加地层水的渗透率，该项试验研究对指导榆树林油田的开发具有重要的意义。     

DS18B20在大功率激光二极管恒温制冷系统中的应用

本文介绍了利用数字式温度传感器 ＤＳ１８Ｂ２０构造大功率激光二极管恒温制冷系统的方法．该系统利用ＤＳ１８Ｂ２０作为温度传感元件，单片机作为核心控制部件控制半导体制冷器对大功率激光二极管进行制冷和制热．该系统具有体积小、外围电路简单、温控精度高等特点，温控精度可达±０．１℃．     

从细线化汉字图像生成任意倍率汉字

本文提出了一种对汉字作任意倍率放缩的算法。该算法先对印刷体汉字作细线化处理，抽取笔划特征点。然后，分割和提取笔划。任意倍率汉字生成是通过变换函数。改变特征点位置，再附加原探察到的笔划修饰来实现的。实验表明本算法是有效的。
